We co-run with entrepreneurs, supporting them in expanding their activities globally. Our goal is to connect individuals brimming with entrepreneurial spirit across regions, nurturing a thriving ecosystem.
なぜこのテーマに取り組むのか
起業家が、事業を通じて大きな壁にぶち当たったとき、現状の延長線上ではない未来を描きたいとき、志を同じくする世界のリーダーとの出会いや学びが、その突破口になりうると考えています。
We believe that when entrepreneurs face significant challenges or envision futures that extend beyond their current state, encounters and learning experiences with like-minded leaders around the world can be a breakthrough.

１．起業家のみなさま
- 海外視察・研修・交流プログラムの企画運営
- ファンドレイジング・パートナーシップの支援
- 国際的なアワードや海外のアクセラレータープログラムへの推薦
また米国・英国・スペイン・台湾など、海外の起業家支援組織と連携した取り組みも行っています。
例えば、米国ピーターF.ドラッカースクールで、経営者向けにマインドフルネスを教えてきたジェレミー・ハンター氏と共に、アジア太平洋地域の女性のリーダーを対象にした「セルフマネジメント」のセッションを開催しています。
２．企業・財団のみなさま
近年、機会格差の大きい若者・女性等へのアントレプレナーシップ支援や、スモールビジネス支援が、企業の社会的責任として重要になっています。ETIC.のパートナーの約3割はグローバル企業・財団や支援機関のみなさまです。
社会課題の解決に取り組むソーシャルビジネス・非営利組織（NPO）への助成や寄付、協働のご相談を受け付けております。

1. For Entrepreneurs
- Designing and implementing international visit, training, and exchanges programs
- Supporting fundraising and partnerships
- Recommending for international awards and overseas accelerator programs
We are active in collaborating with overseas entrepreneur support organizations in the US, UK, Spain, Taiwan, etc. For instance, we have conducted ‘Self-Management’ sessions for women leaders in the Asia-Pacific region, in collaboration with Jeremy Hunter, PhD from the Peter F. Drucker School in the U.S., known for teaching mindfulness to executives.
2. For Corporations and Foundations
Recently, supporting entrepreneurship among youth and women facing opportunity gaps, as well as small business support, has become a crucial part of corporate social responsibility. Around 30% of our partners are global corporations, foundations, and support agencies.
We are open to consultations regarding grants, donations, and collaborations with social enterprises and non-profit organizations (NPO/NGOs) addressing social and environmental issues in Japan and across the Asia.
Current Partners include JP Morgan, Barclays, Citi, Starbucks Coffee Japan, eBay, Paypal, Standard Chartered Bank

これまで、ソーシャルセクターを中心に40以上の組織の創業や事業開発、経営チームの伴走に取り組んできました。グローバルを舞台に学びたい、挑戦したい「何か」があって、でもひとりで一歩目を踏み出すのが難しい。そんな方のお力になりたいと思っています。
My expertise encompasses founding and developing over 40 social enterprises and nonprofits in Japan. We recognize the aspiration to learn and challenge oneself on a global stage, yet understand the difficulty in taking that first step alone. I am committed to empowering individuals who are on the edge of such endeavors.
